A Pleasant Stay Despite Some Issues

Our family spent four nights in a King Suite. Despite the pool being closed, we enjoyed the comfortable room and friendly staff. The breakfast selection was limited, though we appreciated the nearby diner for more options. Future guests should check amenities ahead of time!

The staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay, particularly when my daughter fell ill. We greatly appreciated the late checkout they offered us at no extra charge, allowing her to rest while we continued our shopping. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable!

There was nothing negative to report during our stay.

I had a great time with my friends on our vacation! We explored the beautiful Grand Traverse Bay area, hitting up the mall and some amazing local restaurants. The hotel was in a good spot, making it easy to enjoy all the nearby attractions. Just be aware that some areas could use a little update.

I noticed the pool area needed better cleanliness during our stay. it could be improved to make it more inviting for guests.

Family Beware of the Bed Bugs

There was a staff member who was clearly overwhelmed but managed to stay calm and kinda helpful. And they allowed a late check-out to help us out during this disaster.

It wasn’t cheap but for the experience, I guess it was still acceptable.

We had a fantastic experience here! The indoor pool and comfy loungers were perfect for unwinding after a long day of shopping. Just wish they had provided more towels for our room, but overall, it didn't take away from our stay at all! 😊

Stayed four nights, charged a stunning $400 for one, which felt excessive considering our room had cigarette ashes and bugs. The room's heater cover had fallen off, and noise from adjoining guests was disruptive—especially with kids screaming. Maintenance issues like a towel holder that fell off and broken chain locks left us questioning the upkeep. On top of that, the hot tub and pool were down for maintenance during our stay, which wasn’t ideal for relaxing after a long day.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds, Second Floor. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and quiet with friendly staff. Breakfast options were decent. Overall, a solid choice for budget travelers! 😊
